In Art Therapy, we use creativity to help individuals express themselves, gain insight, and process life's many challenges.  Artistic exploration can guide people back to their creative self. This process can bring a sense of meaning, joy and playfulness into therapy.
Art Therapy is for children, adolescents and adults.

Mindfulness practices within therapy can help individuals create a deeper connection with themselves and the present moment, one breath at a time. When we can pause and bring our attention to the world around us, we can remember what it feels like to be fully alive.
